 Jack's Main Memorial Page

This tribute was given at Jack's Memorial, Jan. 15, 2002 by Shane Stickley, Jack's supervisor at Good Year Gemini

I have worked with Jack the past two years. When he came to work at Goodyear, he had had no previous automotive experience, however he took it upon himself to learn about tires, took home study materials and quickly became very knowledgeable in our business. 

Jack took pride in his work, in how he answered the phone, how he interacted with others, being friendly and courteous to every person he met. These things were important to Jack.

It is not often that you meet someone who you can say is a genuine person, true to oneself, true to one's beliefs, true to others. I can say I knew Jack to be all of these things.
